I would like to sell ag products, how do I apply for a wholesale account?
To apply for an account, please fill our wholesale application and a member of our wholesale team will be in touch in 2–3 business days.
What are ardent good's terms and conditions?
Order Minimum: Our minimum wholesale order is $300. Payment is required prior to shipment.
International Orders: Please note that ardent goods is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. To calculate import costs, please contact your country's Customs office directly.
Merchandising: To stay in good standing, accounts need to clearly present as a business-to-consumer enterprise that carries a variety of brands. Please note that preselling of ardent goods products to your customers ahead of our seasonal launches is not allowed.
3rd party sellers: Distributing ardent goods products on Amazon, Etsy, Walmart and others is against our wholesale policy and will result in listings being flagged for removal.
Exclusivity: At this time, territory exclusivity cannot be guaranteed and is subject to change. We are excited to partner with authorized stores around the world, however, acting as a distributor or exclusive agent of ardent goods without ardent good’s explicit permission is against our wholesale policy and will result in a revoked account.
Account Approval: Please note ardent goods reserves the right to approve or deny all wholesale applications.
Account Revocation: ardent goods reserves the right to revoke account access for customers who fail to pay invoices or does not follow are terms and conditions.
When will my order ship?
We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Generally order ship within 6 business days. Unfortunately, ardent goods cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions.
Will I receive a tracking number
As soon as your order is processed and packed you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for the courier to update your tracking information history.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to offer International Shipping for shipping outside of the US via Fedex. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically upon checkout. ardent goods is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. To calculate import costs, please contact your country's Customs office directly.
Do you accept returns?
All items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If you have received damaged or imperfect merchandise, please email wholesale@ardentgoods.co within 7 days of receipt. We will ask for pictures of the damaged merchandise and the shipment box.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and ACH transfer.
Can I make changes to my order once it's placed?
We are able to adjust orders that have not already been shipped.

Can I use my own shipping account?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship on your account, however, we pass through actual shipping costs and have negotiated competitive rates with our carriers.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on wholesale purchases.
What if items arrived damaged in my shipment?
We stand behind our products. If you have received damaged or imperfect merchandise, please contact us immediately so we can exchange your items. You can contact us at wholesale@ardentgoods, please provide pictures of the damaged merchandise and shipment box within 14 days of receipt.
